 Who are we? |

 The website (www.france-property-and-information.com) is owned and operated by a British public limited company (plc) which is registered in Manchester under the trading name French Property, Services and Information Ltd. (our logo FPSI is based on this name).
FPSI has been owned and operated by Doug Stewart (me) since 2004. I have lived in the Jura department of France since 2001, prior to this I was in Britan for 11 years, after leaving my native country of Canada.
FPSI is a large company in terms of the number of advertisers, visitors and properties. However, it is a small company in that I personally deal with all customers, questions and requests. |

| Are we an Estate Agent? |

| No, we are not an estate agency. We are a website specializing in adverting French property for sale by private sellers and adgents.
Our focus is to provide a website where people looking to buy property in France can see the offers from people wishing to sell their property in France. All queries from potential buyers go direct to the sellers. Consequently, we do not charge any commission or any estate agency fees, since we provide pure advertising rather than agency services. |
